I’m a Hawaiʻi-based photographer and MFA candidate at the Academy of Art University. My background in museums and galleries shapes how I think about images, not just as photographs, but as objects and experiences.

My work is research-based but also personal. I photograph native plants and explore their connection to color, place, and cultural identity. I work with both film and digital, often layering materials to create depth.
